Our office freqently is appointed to represent persons who believe that
they are sovereign citizens and we are also asked by other attorney about
this point of view. We are wanting to give accurate information about the
belief that sovereign citizens hold and to understand it better so that we
can represent people in a more understanding and compassionate way. Many
attorneys feel that people with this belief system are difficult to
represent. We believe that understanding always moves the ball forward.
We would appreciate it if you would allow us to include the information.

Debra,

The Southern Poverty Law center’s agents call it a non-profit too but I doubt that. Now, I am an extremely peaceful being, a devotional musician and artist, yet the Southern Poverty Law Center has on youtube, defamed me, my book and the National Sovereign Copwatch program by suggesting all Sovereign Citizens as “terrorists.” This has certainly affected my book sales to the negative and makes cops want to arrest me on the spot no matter where I am on the land of North America whether I tell them who I am or take the 5th. The SPLC tried to ridicule me on their site over an incident at a concert in Canandaigua, New York in July this year where a deputy broke my arm BECAUSE I WAS SINGING AFTER THE CONCERT.

I am grateful to God that you have contacted me because I am one of the proponents of the modern sovereignty movement, an American Citizen and I understand ya’ll’s dilemma in being appointed to represent people who know that attorneys are loyal first to the court and cannot claim rights for the client. We are on the other side of the bar and are often mistaken for United States citizens by poorly educated cops employees, and even elected officials. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that this contact may be a way to pave the path to peace between the sectors, private and public.

Three distinct entities – Only one is actually me !

Two years ago I did not care HOW they spelled my name, and people seemed somewhat uptight to me who seemed to care. I did not think I really cared. Well, I learned since that I do care, because spelling counts.

Look at your birth certificate. Maybe let us know in the forum how the capitalization appears. Look at exactly how the name appears on your birth certificate. Some certificate names use upper/lower; others use all upper. It does not matter. If you refer to That Exact Spelling, Estate or THAT EXACT SPELLING, Estate then you are referring to the Estate instead of to the living entity.

There is a third entity also, the UNITED STATES legal entity whose name is spelled exactly as it appears on the Social Security card, Each of the three entities has a different horoscope and is a different entity at law.

We are going to be drawing some graphical illustrations of how all these entities relate to each other. It’s detailed, but it is not rocket science. Once you see it, it is pretty easy to remember which one of these three you are. Just remember, you are the living entity, the living man or woman. That’s easy, right? You are not an estate. You are not an UNITED STATES legal entity.

And YOU do not even have a name. The estate and the US legal entity have names. YOU have an Appellation, which is what people call you, e.g.

His Imperial Majesty Czar David Lawrence of the Jones Family
Her Royal Highness Shannon: Jones

So there are three entities.
We like to use three distinct handles for them.
Here’s an example for Chewie:

- Living = HRH Chewie
- ESTATE = CHEWIE
- USLEGAL = CHEWIE

Amazon sued in Seattle for revealing actresses age

SEATTLE (AP) — An actress is suing Amazon.com in federal court in Seattle for more than $1 million for revealing her age on its Internet Movie Database website and refusing to remove the reference when asked.

The actress is not named in the lawsuit filed Thursday that refers to her as Jane Doe. It says she lives in Texas and is of Asian descent and has an Americanized stage name.

The lawsuit accuses IMDb of misusing her personal information after she signed up for the industry insider IMDbPro service in 2008. Shortly thereafter, she noticed her legal date of birth had been added to her public acting profile. She requested that it be removed and IMDb refused, the lawsuit says.

“If one is perceived to be ‘over-the-hill,’ i.e., approaching 40, it is nearly impossible for an up-and-coming actress, such as the plaintiff, to get work as she is thought to have less of an ‘upside,’ therefore, casting directors, producers, directors, agents-manager, etc. do not give her the same opportunities, regardless of her appearance or talent,” the lawsuit states.

While she loses opportunities because of her age, she’s also missing work because of her youthful appearance, the lawsuit says.

“Plaintiff has experience rejection in the industry for each “40-year-old” role for which she has interviewed because she does not and cannot physically portray the role of a 40-year-old woman,” the lawsuit says.

The online retailer and its movie database subsidiary, both based in Seattle, are accused of breach of contract, fraud, and violation of privacy and consumer protection laws.

The lawsuit seeks $75,000 in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages.

Calls and emails to Amazon and IMDb seeking comment Tuesday were not immediately returned.
